To create this natural rusted aged effect takes several days to break the raw metal finish down, once the rust has set in we then lacquer the shade and ceiling rose by hand to seal the finish. This is a very unique and beautiful patina finish and each one we make is slightly different. Please note that due to the process we follow this product has a textured and rough finish. It is genuine rust not an immitation look. They each age slightly differently and this adds to the character of the finished lighting design.

This light has small brass adjustable fixing joint which has a neat locking nut, simply loosen the nut and the light can be easily adjusted to face wither up or down like in the pictures below. This fitting has a natural rusted textured metal fixing plate and lampholder.
